The Process Model PromoS consists of a process meta model and specific process models for all 15 FM in HC support processes. The model is based on the Plan-Do-Study-Act principle of the Deming Cycle and shows the three levels Support processes, Sub-processes and Process steps. In addition, there are indications on the interlinks to the services from the Service Catalogue for Non-medical Support Services in Hospitals LekaS.

The Process Model PromoS is, together with the Key Performance Indicator Catalogue KenkaS and the corresponding software applications in the Application Catalogue ApplikaS, part of the Reference Model RemoS and is the basis for the Guideline to use SAP for Facility Management in Healthcare LesapS and the IT-supported Assessment, Simulation and Benchmarking Tool for Facility Management in Healthcare.
