Bachelor of Science in Facility Management

Degree: Bachelor of Science (BSc) ZHAW in Facility Management
Duration: Full-time 6 semesters, part-time 7 - 9 semesters

Workload: 180 points according to ECTS (European Credit Transfer System), one credit point corresponds to 25 - 30 working hours
Location: Campus Reidbach RA, Seestrasse 55, 8820 Wädenswil
Costs: Semester fees CHF 720 plus learning materials, membership of the ASVZ sports association and individual living expenses (subject to change). Additionally CHF 500.- for students whose place of residence is outside Switzerland at the start of their studies.

Tomorrow's facility managers not only support a company's core processes, they also help to achieve strategic corporate goals in a success-oriented and sustainable manner. The Master's program was developed because the demands on managers in facility management have increased significantly due to the complex and integral management tasks.

In the Master of Sciences, you will study at the forefront of science and at the pulse of society.

Degree: Master of Science (MSc) ZHAW in Real Estate & Facility Management
Duration: Part-time in 4 or 6 semesters
Language of instruction: Mainly German, 30 ECTS in English
Start: September
Workload: 90 points according to ECTS (European Credit Transfer System), one credit point corresponds to 25 - 30 working hours
Teaching location: Wädenswil, Winterthur, Zurich and online (teaching takes place online for two weeks and on site for one week. Wednesday to Friday)
Costs: Semester fees CHF 720 plus learning materials, membership of the ASVZ sports association and individual living expenses (subject to change). Additionally CHF 500.- for students whose place of residence is outside Switzerland at the start of their studies.
