In cooperation with the wine-growing centre, Wädenswil, the IUNR runs the vineyard on the Au Peninsula, on the lake of Zurich. The vineyard not only serves as a wine-growing training and applied research centre, but also as a grape supplier for Dreistand wines, the centre’s own wine brand.
