Structure of the PREFS Programme
Your Master’s programme is divided into six segments – providing maximum flexibility and creative freedom:
- Navigation (Introduction and Orientation)
- Agro Food Project (Practical project spanning four semesters)
- Regenerative Preneurship (Entrepreneurship and Leadership)
- Agro Food Technology and Systems (Understanding of technology and systems)
- Individual Skills (Customized development of desired skills and competencies)
- Disruption Days: You’ll engage with unexpected, future-relevant topics beyond the traditional curriculum and develop creative solutions in a sprint format.
We foster collaborative learning, initiative, and hands-on experience.
In the core modules, you’ll work in various group settings while being supported by mentors as you turn ideas into concrete solutions. Professional coaches are also available throughout the programme to support you with personal and professional development.

Hands-on in the Agro Food Project
At the core of the programme is the Agro Food Project, which spans four semesters. You’ll work in interdisciplinary teams on a real-world challenge from industry, applied research, or NGO — topics might include circular economy or climate change—and develop a regenerative business model. Throughout, you’ll be supported by mentors.

Admission Requirements
To participate in the Master’s programme, you must to have:
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, nutrition, environmental sciences, agricultural sciences, food sciences, or engineering (e.g., business administration, food technology, biotechnology, hospitality management, etc.)
→ Do you have a different background? Admission sur dossier is possible as well! - An interest in regenerative food systems and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Good English skills (at least B2 level) to actively participate in courses and project work.
- Motivation to contribute your own ideas for sustainable transformation.
