Your path to a sponsorship partnership
- Three steps to a confirmed partnership: Submit an Expression of interest: Fill in the form below and let us know your preferences. It takes less than a minute.
- We review your details: Our team will review your enquiry and coordinate the available packages internally. You will receive your personal registration link within a few working days.
- Book your sponsorship package: Use your personal link to book your chosen package directly and easily. Your partnership is then confirmed.
Terms and conditions
- Rights of use: The sponsor grants ZHAW the non-exclusive right, limited in time and scope, to use the sponsor’s names, logos and trademarks within the framework of the agreed sponsorship measures.
- Payment: Payment is made by invoice.
- Liability: ZHAW accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage arising from the sponsor establishing a connection between itself and ZHAW. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to exhibition items, materials or other property of the sponsor brought to the conference – neither during set-up and dismantling nor during the event itself.
- Place of jurisdiction: Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Winterthur.
