In the world of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), there is a significant entry barrier due to the disconnection of legal and technical setup which results in high friction and high costs. Even the most affordable and transparent legal solutions for establishing a DAO as a legal wrapper can cost upwards of $80,000. This financial hurdle and operational inefficiencies limit the widespread adoption of DAOs with legal Wrappers, and we are convinced that it doesn't have to be that way.At DAOify we are developing to sync and bridge the gap between legal and technical setup. We understand that the process of founding and operating a DAO involves two essential components: the smart contracts and the legal wrapper. While the technical side can be handled through popular DAO dashboards, the legal aspects often require engaging a lawyer's office, introducing administrative friction and potential compliance risks.
