Workplace Educational Trip
The educational trip takes us to office spaces in Milan!
The ZHAW IFM workplace management team is very excited to announce this year’s educational trip to Milan. Expect to see several outstanding workplaces and hear all about trends, challenges and top-notch research in the field.

Programme
Discover the latest trends and research surrounding workplace strategy, design and operational management. We will be visiting select businesses and immerge ourselves into their way of working and their workplace. Expert researchers and professionals in the field will fill us in on current topics, challenges and opportunities in developing the workplace. Key topics of interest will be workplace experience, health & well-being, PropTech, and biophilic design. During the trip, you’ll get the chance to engage with the experts and exchange knowledge with other participants.

Who it is for?
The tour is directed at people with a keen interest or responsibility in workplace, real estate, and facility management. It gives the opportunity to liaise with like-minded representatives, discover current workplace trends, get insights from a research perspective and input from pioneers in the field.
Pricing and Registration
Price includes the business visits, lectures and workshops as well lunch and networking dinner during your stay.
- Full visit, Wednesday 14th - Friday 16th May: 1'500 CHF excl. VAT. Early bird 20% reduction by April 1st, 2025.
- One-day visit, Thursday, 15th May (visits, light lunch, networking dinner): 850 CHF excl. VAT.
- One-day visit, Friday, 16th May (visits, light lunch): 800 CHF excl. VAT.
Transportation and accommodation will be at your own expense.
The number of participants is limited.
The trip will only take place if the minimum number of participants has been reached.

Meeting point
We are meeting in Milan centre on Wednesday, 14th May afternoon for an optional group visit, followed by an informal dinner together. We will confirm the address and time of the meeting point closer to departure. The last event on Friday, 16th May 2025, will end around 5pm in Milan centre.
