Description
In this project, a forecasting software tool for fair lease-to-purchase transactions is designed. It analyzes the value development of specific real estate properties in various regions. The tool simulates rent price calculations and conducts statistical evaluations, enabling both standardized and property-specific optimization assessments, as well as financial structuring options.
