The room rental rate includes the use of standard equipment. Basic equipment in all rooms includes a projector or a flat screen.

Important information
- Please note that the availability of rooms depends on the campus. The Registrar’s office will decide on the category if there is any doubt or if the situation is unclear.
- Rates given for rooms do not include the costs of any staff. You will be billed at the rate of CHF 90.00 per person per hour for staff. Additional equipment is available on request and will be billed separately.
- Exclusively our internal gastronomy provider is responsible for catering. You will be billed for this separately.
