Expertise and research interests

My focus is on helping people live in their own homes as long as possible despite chronic illness. In teaching, I am interested in the field of qualitative social research, living with impairments across the lifespan. I am also interested in the use of digital services to enable independent living.
I am interested in mentoring international students to promote cross-cultural understanding and competencies in health professions education. Research interests:
