ICT Service Catalogue in Hospitals
In order to ensure properly functioning medical and non-medical services in hospitals, a multitude of ICT services are necessary. The service provision of hospital ICT has been developed over the years, in many cases without a clearly structured service differentiation.
The ICT Service Catalogue in Hospitals offers a systematic approach for a clear differentiation of services and as a basis for, among other things,
- the formulation of precise SLAs
- offsetting cost transparently
- benchmarking
The ICT Service Catalogue in Hospitals is an integral component of the Service Catalogue for Non-medical Services in Hospitals Version 2.0 which is currently being completed and expected to be published by the end of 2018.
