Focus
My work includes advising, teaching and researching within the field of social work topics, with a particular focus on communication and relationship skills (even in the digital setting), crisis intervention, conflicts, as well as on management of work processes, of files and reports, leadership, controlling, interprofessionality and transdisciplinarity. I use and combine methods of team development and organisational development as well as of qualitative and quantitative social science research. The design of workshops, development processes, coachings, supervisions and moderations is also part of my repertoire.
