Under the keyword "new work design", my work focuses on the transformation of social systems, currently mainly in selfgoverned organizational systems (such as holacracy). In the sense of an "evidence based transformation" we support those responsible in change management with the help of social science findings and methods. We use the data we obtain in this process to generalize them into transformation models and methodologies, which are intended to help generate "another functional practice" or orientations for a transformation practice.
In addition, I deal with all management issues of social systems, in particular with leadership and leadership development.
With regard to a "next society" or a "next generation", all design issues of teaching/learning contexts are also of great importance.
In recent years I have also been increasingly involved with the integration of complementary knowledge systems, such as the Indian Veda or a Hasidic Psychology, which can be very helpful in answering the above-mentioned control questions (partially). This is accompanied by a growing teaching and consulting activity with a focus on India, Israel, Thailand and other predominantly Asian countries.
