VegCHange-Kickoff Meeting on 27.11.2025 in Wädenswil

The workshop in Wädenswil marked the start of concrete project planning. In addition to the two project leaders, most of the project staff (M. Jutzi, M. de la Harpe, M. Seipp, S. Widmer), most of the project partners and several members of the advisory group were in attendance.

At the workshop, the fifteen funded projects had the opportunity to meet each other and explore potential synergies. Four of us attended the event in Wabern: J. Dengler, S. Eggenberg, M. de la Harpe and S. Widmer. The two-day event was captured in a live mural drawing.

At the workshop, which was attended by many stakeholders from the field (authorities, nature conservation associations, environmental consultancies), we jointly developed the goals and approach of VegCHange.
