Description

Idéesport, a Swiss foundation with 50 employees and 200 part-time positions, has initiated an agile transformation with the aim of fostering the development of new services and products. The aim is not only to introduce agile teams and agile working methods, but also to work as a fully agile organization (based on the principle of a collegially managed companies).
The aim of the cooperation is to ensure scientifically sound guidance and best-practice documentation of the transformation project for the foundation sector.
The team is thus responsible for producing a final scientific documentation in the form of a "How-To" guide to the introduction of collegial leadership and transformation into an agile organization in the foundation sector. This documentation serves the transfer of know-how to NGOs.
