Your role
You will work in our projects in your area of expertise, which will include one or more of:
Circuit and PCB design
- Research and development of optical and microcontroller systems that find use in autonomous vehicles and robot control
- Circuit and PCB design to high dependability standards in Altium Designer
- Component library maintenance
FPGA development
- Research and development of AI-accelerator dependability-enhancements and dependable vi-sion-processing systems
- Experience with both Intel/Altera and AMD/Xilinx development environments
- Development in VHDL and use of High-Level Synthesis
- Verification using open verification methodology in Python
Firmware development
- Research and development of artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicle navigation and hard real-time vision processing systems
- Development in C and Python

We are looking for a personality with:
- a university/university of applied sciences degree in electrical engineering or computer scienc-es
- first professional experience in the relevant fields
- a high degree of operational independence and self-motivation and feels comfortable in our open university environment
- and who enjoys challenging work with future technologies whilst maintaining a customer- and results-oriented approach to work.
