Description
A tissue bioreactor and a corresponding process are developed to enable the differentiation of bovine satellite cells on a proprietary scaffold technology to produce cultured meat. Key to success is the integration of a mechanism to periodically stretch the scaffold/cells to enhance taste & texture.
