Description

The research project focuses on what people need and expect from “digital assistants” in the context of smart homes. The research is guided by the assumption that digital assistants have the potential to promote autonomous and self-determined living in old age at home and to relieve relatives. In the academic literature, research around smart homes is gaining momentum. There is an increasing amount of research on the topics of health, energy, comfort and security. The focus of this study is on the needs for and acceptance of digital assistants.
