Description
Longitudinal study in all three national languages on the wages of university graduates in Switzerland, primarily the graduates form the Universities of Applied Sciences. It is based on a quantitatively online survey with about 10,000 participants, designed as a a multi-factor analysis, which is based on a survey of the factors influencing the possible relevant wage. The results are published in various media and made available to the participants in an online evaluation. At the same time, further information are collected and researched in connection with the work situation (further training, digitalisation, job satisfaction and employability). Some of these data provide a basis for a cross-comparison with the compensations for specialists and managers in FM.
