Description
The grassland in the gardens of the ZHAW in Wädenswil focuses on the fundamental importance of grasses for our society and the problem of sustainable food and raw material production for a growing population. Aims of the project:
- Enter into a dialogue with the public on topics of sustainability in agriculture, nutrition and renewable resources and awaken their interest.
- Adding neutral, but in all its complexity to the exhibition themes
- to provide impulses on how to make everyday life more environmentally friendly
