Audience survey Solothurn Filmfestival 2011
At a glance
On behalf of the Solothurn Filmtage, a public survey is being undertaken in cooperation with the Center for Arts Management of the ZHAW.
The public survey was conducted in the years 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015. The online survey collects information about the audience, which creates the information basis for a targeted Audience Development.
Objectives of the survey:
- Who is the audience (age, education, gender, origin, etc)?
- How satisfied is the audience in terms of communication and service?
- How behaves the audience (information, whereabouts, spending in the city)?
- How does the audience perceive the sponsors of the festival?
- What are the suggestions for improvement (Dialog!)?
Methods: Quantitative, online, longitudinal study
Tools: SPSS, MR Interview
