Description
The study aims to shed light on the impact of the current rapid developments in data analytics and its applications on the insurance industry, with respect to how insurance companies and their employees can deal with the increasing complexity, both in terms of the structure and scope of the data available and in terms of the methods of analysis and processing. We hope to identify ways in which the collaboration between business and data scientists can be optimized. We want to explore whether there is a risk of a "skills gap" between the skills required and those available, and how this risk can be addressed, both on the human side and through technical solutions.
