Description
Every two years, FH SCHWEIZ conducts a cross-sectional and longitudinal study in all national languages (G, F, I) among its members and graduates of universities of applied sciences on the topic of salary and its influencing factors, as well as other supplementary key topics. The data collection is designed as a multi-factor analysis with the possible relevant factors influencing the salary and will be realised web-based. In addition, further information in connection with the work situation will be made available. The results will be made available in various media and on www.fhlohn.ch. For the IFM of the ZHAW as a whole, the FH compensation study is a research project with the aim of acquiring data for research purposes, so that various issues relating to compensation and the work situation can be researched and the findings published in scientific journals and/or congresses, for the benefit of those involved (FH SWITZERLAND, IFM ZHAW, UAS graduates).
