Description
The production of mushrooms on substrate blocks in climate-controlled growrooms is a proven method for decades. Growing mushrooms on logs or straw bales outdoors is really trendy in private horticulture. So far, little attention and little research has been done on a promising hybrid form: production on substrate blocks outdoors and in greenhouses. For this purpose, sterile produced substrate blocks will be buried in the soil.
