Description
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease most frequently affecting the knee, hand and hip in older adults. It is a major cause of disability and leads to substantial social costs. The aim of our study is to investigate the epidemiology, treatment and costs of OA in Switzerland using different data sources.
