Innovation in the field of food and beverages
Students gain an appreciation of food production systems, from raw materials, through the various processing stages, up to the marketing of individual products. This holistic approach encompasses the socio-economic and environmental factors affecting food production, in addition to dietary and health issues.
A Master’s thesis completed as a member of a research group in Wädenswil or externally with a food processing company forms an integral part of the course.
Good knowledge of German (C1 Certificate) is mandatory for this specialisation.
