We offer a broad choice of Bachelor degree programmes and specialisations, some of which are not offered by any other institutions in Switzerland.

Master of Science in Engineering
Following completion of their Bachelorʼs degree, top graduates are able to immediately continue their studies and obtain a Master of Science in Engineering. This consecutive Masterʼs degree programme enables students to specialise in one of seven disciplines and prepares them for management positions in technical environments.
International Student Exchange
The ZHAW School of Engineering actively promotes international student exchange at Bachelor’s and Master’s level.
With over 100 partner universities worldwide, the ZHAW School of Engineering has an extensive international network. Its regional focus areas are the USA and Canada, Europe, and Asia, including Australia and New Zealand. Agreements with partner universities enable students at the ZHAW School of Engineering to spend a semester abroad without extending the duration of their studies and without having to pay tuition fees at the partner universities.
Students enrolled in the Aviation, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Engineering and Management degree programmes can apply for the International Profile after their first year of study. This programme includes modules taught in English, proof of advanced language skills, courses in Intercultural Communication and Management, and an extended stay abroad during their studies.
For the Master of Science in Engineering, double-degree agreements are in place with Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand and Cranfield University in the UK.
