Engineering in aviation:
- Optimization EMS components (Emergency Medical Systems) for rescue helicopters.
- Certification audit (GE-Cleanliness)
- Process management gear manufacturing in aerospace environment (Group Safran)
- Series introduction (PPAP) of gear wheels in the aerospace environment (Pratt & Whitney)
- Development of various aircraft interior components and galleys for various platforms and customers
Product development:
- Sustainable product development according to circular economy (bicycle helmet, hand protection made of mycelium, bio plastic, flax laminate)
- Development of various gear test rigs (spur gear, worm gear, mechanical and electrical clamping) for plastic and metal gears
- Conceptual design of a new, modular and "connected (IoT)" galley for the ICE board restaurant (DB)
- Complete development of an innovative refreshing and drying cabinet (VZUG)
- Div. developments in house/air conditioning technology (modular measuring devices, modular actuator drives, optimizations)
