Description
Inurban development, local input and relevance is essential and often politicallyrequired. The repertoire of tools to capture those range from online petitions,through digital and physical participation campaigns and formal referenda tophysical protest; yet mostly they are not inclusive and lack verification.SpaceVote verifies users and also gives those a voice that might not join apublic meeting or protest.
SpaceVoteis based on blockchain-based tokens minted on location providing encrypted, private, yetverifiable space-time ID tags based on which presence on that location can beauthenticated and a stake in that place can be claimed. Tokens can be mintedactively (user interaction) or passively (e.g. geofencing), areregistered on the Ethereum blockchain and can then easily be used e.g. for voting.
