Modern office concepts focus on open and flexible workspace designs to meet the demands of digital transformation and the increasing need for flexibility. Our study will examine the relationship between sensory processing, burnout symptoms, and satisfaction among office workers whilst being mindful of office concepts and types. These findings will provide insights for implementing measures to reduce burnout symptoms and promote well-being in the work environment.
