Description

Internal and external stakeholders of non-profit organizations (NPO) depend on the timely, comprehensive and comprehensible processing and visualization of decision-relevant information. Business Intelligence (BI) tools are suitable for this purpose. Within the scope of this project, we identify the need and the benefit of BI tools in Swiss NPOs. For this purpose, we analyze how information and accountability processes in NPOs work and how the necessary data is collected, processed and analyzed.
