Description
Evaluating the advanced Public Financial Management System in Chile. Developing an Approach to implement principle based International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and IMF Government Financial Statistics in a rules based Latin American Environment. In later Phase, from 2019, the Standards are evaluated and deployed to the municipal level of Government.
