Target audience
The CAS executive education program is designed for:

Modul 1: Risk and Insurance Management
- Design and run state-of-the-art corporate risk management, including ERM frameworks, governance and risk appetite
- Understand global and emerging risks and apply prevention and sustainable risk management approaches
- Manage insurance programs, inspect risks, handle claims and large-loss events
- Report, communicate and lead risk topics with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage business continuity, events and crises
Modul 2: Risk Analytics and Finance
- Translate risk reports, financial statements and data into insights and decisions
- Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to financial and non-financial risks
- Develop scenarios, aggregate risks and assess exposure against risk appetite and capacity
- Bridge risk management, insurance and finance, including financial market and transfer solutions
- Use technology and AI for risk management insights and apply methods to a practical project

Methodology

Admission requirements
For applicants with a university degree
- Degree (Diploma, Licentiate, Bachelor’s or Master’s) from a state-recognised university or an equivalent predecessor institution
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- The program director reserves the right to invite applicants for an interview and to obtain references
Admission requirements for applicants without a university degree
- Tertiary-level B qualification (Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Fachausweis), Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (HF), or qualification from a Higher Technical School)
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- Successful completion of an admission interview

The program director decides whether an applicant is admitted or rejected.
