"Teamwork, Feedback, and Cultural Exchange" – Nicole Vogler on Her Studies at ZHAW
From a practice-oriented degree to shaping global talent development: Nicole Vogler, alumna of the Bachelor's in International Management at ZHAW, is now Senior Lead at the Swiss brand On. In our "The Global Pulse" interview, she shares how her studies prepared her for an international career and why intercultural collaboration continues to inspire her.
During her Bachelor's studies at ZHAW, Vogler spent an exchange semester in Taiwan and gained skills she still applies today:
“Thanks to group work during my studies, I learned how to give and receive feedback and how to apply it constructively.”
Her path led from Adidas in Germany to consulting at Accenture and now to On in Zurich, where she leads a team in talent development. She highlights the value of intercultural research at ZHAW and the lasting friendships she built there. Outside of work, she recharges through sports – from gravel biking to ski touring.
