What You Will Learn

The financial sector is a challenging professional field with a high demand for specialists with sound banking and financial skills.

The focus of the specialization in Banking and Finance is on acquiring analytical skills and in-depth specialist knowledge in banking and capital markets. Special attention is given to the topics of investing and financing. Among other things, you will learn to assess the risk profile of traditional and modern financial investments and design investment and financing strategies.

For your Bachelor’s thesis and elective modules, you can work in our Finance Lab (see picture on the left) and experience the decision-making processes of the financial market in real-time, thanks to state-of-the-art technology.

As Flexible as You

About one third of your classes will be designed to enhance your specialist knowledge of banking and finance. You can either enroll as a full-time student, a part-time student or a part-time FLEX student. FLEX students spend 50 percent less time in the classroom and more online.
