Format
This event will provide insights on how satellite imaging can support the real estate, insurance and financial sectors with ESG implementation and the valuation of real estate in Switzerland. In the race to net-zero, ESG reporting plays a key role for investment and management of real estate. Earth Observation and remote sensing can provide unbiased and comparable measurements for investment-relevant indicators on a building, regional and portfolio level. Specifically, data from satellites can support the valuation of real estate by providing information on energy efficiency and climate risks.
Within two sessions dedicated to these topics, start-ups from the Space2Earth Accelerator Cohort will introduce their solutions to the participants.
