Objectives and content

Target audience

This offering targets experienced project managers with substantial practical experience who are pursuing PMP certification and are seeking individual or small-group coaching tailored to their specific needs.

Objectives

The goal is to ensure optimal preparation for the PMP exam and to further develop your project management competencies in a targeted and practice-oriented manner in line with PMI standards.

Methodology

During the coaching sessions, you will work with your own project experiences and align them with the competency requirements of the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO). You will deepen your understanding of key topics such as project life cycles, role definitions, leadership skills, stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and the application of agile, predictive, and hybrid methodologies.

Together with your coach, you will discuss challenging PMP sample questions, develop an individual learning strategy, and receive structured, personalized feedback. Upon request, exam sequences can be simulated to help you practice handling typical PMI situational questions and build confidence for the actual exam.
