Innovation in International Business Education
We develop educational programs that connect research directly to practice, equipping managers and students with the cross-cultural and digital capabilities that international business increasingly demands. Beyond program delivery, we also investigate how digital transformation is reshaping higher education itself — and how universities can design learning environments fit for a world where AI and cultural intelligence are inseparable.
One example is our work with Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), developed in partnership with LUMSA (Italy), Kyiv School of Economics (Ukraine), and Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), and funded by Movetia. Rather than learning about cross-cultural leadership in theory, participants experience it in practice — collaborating in real time with international peers on shared challenges.
