In the current IBSS session, Prof. Emilio Marti will present new "Insights from shareholder dialogue on environmental and social issues": Prior research has largely overlooked the possibility that the impact of shareholder dialogue may be a distributed process involving different stakeholder groups.
Gemeinsam mit seinen Kolleg:innen Dr. Tanja Ohlson und Dr. Falko Paetzold hat Prof. Emilio Marti ein Paper verfasst, das er mit uns im Rahmen seines IBSS-Vortrags diskutieren wird: Auf der Grundlage der Social-Movement-Theorie geht er dabei der Frage nach, wie die strukturelle Position von Aktionär:innen die Dialogtaktiken prägt, die sie einsetzen, um Unternehmen nachhaltiger zu machen.
