The Center for Social Law regularly hosts symposiums on national and international aspects of social law.
Winterthur Employment Law Conference
The fourth Winterthur Employment Law Conference was held at our university this year. These events focus on aspects of employment law and social insurance law. Guest speakers present academic and practical legal topics and provide in-depth descriptions of the current situation, suggest solutions, and provide answers. The symposiums are mainly aimed at HR managers, legal professionals, and public administrators.
National Non-Discrimination Law Conference
The National Non-Discrimination Law Conference was held for the third time in September 2015. It takes place every two years and deals with aspects of anti-discrimination, equality, diversity, and law. Speakers from all over Switzerland discuss developments and efforts to provide protection against discrimination, highlight problems, and present possible solutions. The conference is aimed at a wide audience and promotes dialogue and understanding among different interest groups.
