As part of Pride Month, Dr. Daniela Frau presents the Swiss Diversity Study 2024 in cooperation with Swiss Diversity and BKW in this German-language webinar.
“Inclusive gender identity practices” refer to the implementation of one or more practices aimed at improving the workplace experiences of trans and non-binary individuals so that they can reach their full potential. The study highlights how this topic is prioritized in comparison to other diversity topics in Swiss companies and which gender identity-inclusive practices are being implemented.
