Swiss Diversity Survey Aims to Break Down Workplace Barriers for Employees with Disabilities

How inclusive are Swiss workplaces? The current Swiss Diversity Survey, led by Dr. Daniela Frau from the ZHAW Zurich Center for Sustainability Leadership, is seeking insights on how organizations can overcome barriers to better include employees with disabilities.

While people with disabilities often face significant challenges in the workplace, organizations that strive to be inclusive also encounter obstacles in implementing effective measures. The study which is conducted in cooperation with Swiss Diversity and BKW AG aims to shed light on both the perceived hurdles and the practical steps that can support inclusion in Swiss workplaces.

The survey is directed at DEI and HR professionals, occupational health specialists, and managers who work on inclusive practices for employees with disabilities in Switzerland. It is available in both German and English and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
