The project Vibration Inspection for Bridge Repair Alerts develops a reference-free vibration monitoring system for bridge safety using Spiking Neural Networks and a digital twin.
The solution eliminates baseline data requirements, enabling immediate deployment on aging infrastructure with 10+ year autonomous operation and 80-90% cost reduction.
