NEXTPro
Beschreibung
NEXTPro develops a 177Lu-based radioligand therapy targeting prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) for prostate cancer patients not responding to PSMA therapies.
The project validates the lead candidate NEXTPro-131 through
- translational biodistribution,
- dosimetry,
- efficacy, and
- safety studies.
