Biological characterization of a novel single-use bioreactor through the cultivation of pluripotent stem cells under various conditions (PSC-OPTISTIR)
Beschreibung
Our partner intends to commercialise their proprietary MemStir impeller for the production of shear sensitive stem cells using scalable stirred bioreactors. These proof-of-concept studies planned for PSC-OPTISTIR will embody supplementary trials to those previously conducted in PSC-THRUST, with a comparison of cell yield and quality made on the basis of a competitors available counterpart.
