Defect detection of production devices
Beschreibung
Detection of defection of manufactured products at an early stage allows an early decision to scrap the products before they are sent to a customer. This project aims to detect subtle changes in the quality measurements, such as accuracy calibration, and try to derive causal reasons from these measurements.
