Fortschrittliche Bildanalyse und maschinelles Lernen für die PV-Qualitätssicherung
Beschreibung
Für die Untersuchung von Solarzellen im Labormaßstab und zur Gewinnung räumlich aufgelöster Informationen über die Zellqualität wird ein Multiimaging-Aufbau entwickelt. Mithilfe von maschinellem Lernen werden Parameter für ein physikalisches FEM-Modell geschätzt, das als digitaler Twin für die weitere Optimierung dient.
