Novel Single-Use Mixer and Bioreactor
Description
In this project a novel single-use vibratory mixer is designed and scaled-up from 1L to 500L ensuring that key characteristics such as specific power input per unit volume, oxygen mass transfer, and shear rates are maintained across each scale. At the same time, the mixing system will also be tested for its suitability as a cell culture bioreactor.
