GeKo-Win – Shaping health and climate through cooperation: A community health concept for Winterthur Climate Week (GeKo-Win)
Climate change has long been felt in Switzerland: hot days and heatwaves are on the rise, and have been shown to lead to increased morbidity and mortality. For the people of Winterthur, this means increasing heat stress in summer and the associated health risks.
