“One-tube" luminescent reporter phage testing platform for on-site, lab-free environmental monitoring of Listeria spp. (Luminophage)
Description
Food safety is enhanced by preventive risk management through development of a lab-free one tube assay for the detection of Listeria combining chemiluminescent molecules with genetically engineered bacteriophage and innovative formulation. A patentable, novel class of diagnostic markers is created.
